Join us at grow on Friday July 23 for an exclusive wellness opportunity with Ceci Fano-Bryan of Chicago’s Balance Health + Wellness, a holistic and multi-disciplinary health center with services ranging from acupuncture to massage to pilates. grow will open the store early for two private mini-sessions of shopping and postpartum pilates starting at 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. for the first sixteen guests total to RSVP.
Pilates exercises can help to rebuild core abdominal muscles after a pregnancy, as well as calm and unite body and mind through graceful and controlled movement. For even more peace of mind, attendees will receive 20% off any regular priced clothing or bath & body items in the store on the day of the event.
